Backend Operation AFI, 3rd 'Backend Hot Time 2025' Seminar Held

AFI (CEO Kwon Oh-hyun), which operates the global game server SaaS platform 'BACKND', announced on the 18th that it will hold a seminar titled '2025 BACKND Hot Time – Collection of Mobile Game Success Stories' at the Science and Technology Convention Center near Gangnam Station on April 16th.

The 2025 Late Hot Time is expected to be an opportunity to hear insights directly from industry experts, with companies such as 'Lord Nine' Smilegate, 'Hello Town' Spring Comes, 'Roem Fake Game' Abyss Wiz, and 'Raising an Exorcist Inspector' Ryong Games expressing their intention to participate. In addition, Libra Systems CEO Jinyoung Choi plans to share cases of optimizing AI utilization under the theme of 'Game Creation that Evolves with AI'.

'Back-end Hot Time' is an event that is now in its third year, and is a seminar where experts leading the Korean game industry, from game developers to publishers, gather to share their know-how in game development and operation. In 2024, many developers attended the event and it was held successfully. This year, the event will be held with about 300 people, and there will be time to communicate directly with the speakers who led each game to success through an on-site Q&A session after the seminar.

Kwon Oh-hyun, CEO of AFI, said, “At the 2nd Hot Time, we received a good response by sharing know-how based on actual game data that is helpful in practice,” and added, “I hope that this 2025 Hot Time will also be a time to share meaningful insights and experiences.”

The seminar is free of charge, and game developers can participate by pre-registering through the participation application page. Meanwhile, Dwikkeut is also actively carrying out activities for global game companies, such as participating in a separate booth at GDC 2025.
