HR tech company Wanted Lab announced on the 17th that it signed a '4-party business agreement for promoting the global bridge project' to support companies and talent hoping to expand overseas with 3 companies that operate overseas talent recruitment businesses. The companies that signed the business agreement are 'Grep', operator of developer education, evaluation, and recruitment platform 'Programmers', 'McKinley Rice', operator of global talent recruitment platform 'Redrop', and 'Laplace', a Japanese IT talent recruitment platform.
This agreement is the result of four companies working together to promote the 'Global Bridge' comprehensive program to support companies and talents wishing to expand overseas, and are currently recruiting overseas talent in different regions, including Korea, Japan, the United States, India, and Southeast Asia.
These companies plan to actively connect overseas talent seeking employment with overseas companies based on the talent matching know-how each company possesses in each region. Through this, they will provide ▲talent matching ▲support for obtaining talent visas ▲local onboarding programs, etc.
In addition, we plan to provide customized support programs for each stage of entry to companies seeking to enter overseas markets. Based on the networks and insights each company has accumulated while conducting business centered on recruiting overseas talent in different cultural spheres, we plan to support ▲corporation establishment ▲bridge talent recruitment ▲local marketing ▲localization ▲connection with local partners, etc. Bridge talent refers to talent with a global business sense and a high level of understanding of foreign cultures.
Wanted Lab has established a close cooperative relationship with the Japanese IT talent recruitment platform 'Laplace' and is actively engaged in global talent recruitment projects connecting Korea and Japan. In addition, based on collaboration with the National Institute for International Education, it has launched a full-scale global talent recruitment project targeting foreigners residing in Korea.
Grep is promoting global expansion of human resources, education, and competency assessment in the US, Southeast Asia, and Japan markets, focusing on its programmers and monitor services. McKinley Rice is supporting cross-border talent recruitment across all departments, including development, marketing, and accounting, centered on the US and India. Laplace is partnering with Wanted Lab and Singapore-based recruitment consulting firm Good Job Creations to develop a bridge talent recruitment business connecting Japan and Singapore.
Lee Bok-ki, CEO of Wanted Lab, said, “In order to successfully expand overseas, it is most important to find a strong business partner who can help with recruiting bridge talent and settling in locally,” adding, “Through this agreement, we expect that companies that had to find local partners one by one for each sector will be able to advance into local markets more efficiently and effectively.” He continued, “Wanted Lab, Grep, McKinley Rice, and Laplace will actively utilize their respective business know-how and networks to promote ‘Global Bridge,’ a comprehensive support program for overseas employment and expansion that was difficult to experience until now.”
