DeCamp X Korea Fintech Support Center X Korea Credit Information Service, Business Agreement Signed

Startup growth partner Decamp announced on the 13th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) and held a joint seminar with the Korea Fintech Support Center and the Korea Credit Information Services to foster digital finance startups at the Park Hospital Hall on the 5th floor of Front One in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

This event was planned with the goal of allowing digital finance startups to test and verify various ideas using financial and non-financial data and AI infrastructure, and to receive customized support during the startup and commercialization stages. Along with the signing ceremony, a joint seminar was also held to share the business performance and future tasks being pursued by each organization, and approximately 150 people including financial company labs, local startup support organizations, and incubators and executives of digital finance startups attended.

The main contents of the business agreement are ▲open recommendations and opening of a window for fostering digital finance startups ▲support for utilizing financial and non-financial convergence data ▲support for consulting and mentoring ▲promotion of participation in residency and investment programs, etc. Through this agreement, D-Camp plans to cooperate so that startups can receive the necessary resources more efficiently.

At the joint seminar, D.Camp provided guidance on startup growth and fostering cases utilizing financial and non-financial data and the D.Camp placement program. The Korea Credit Information Service introduced AI models and data support infrastructure that startups can utilize under the theme of 'AI-based models and solutions for digital transformation of the financial industry', and the Korea Fintech Support Center explained a plan to support testing and verification of digital finance ideas through a presentation on 'D-Testbed project progress results and future expansion plans'.

At the end of the event, a networking session was held where startup executives and staff from various startup incubation and support organizations communicated and had free Q&A sessions. This served as an opportunity to discuss ways to cooperate between digital startups and startup organizations, and to explore financial and non-financial business models.

“Through this agreement, we will expand our support so that digital finance startups can utilize a wide range of data and AI-based infrastructure,” said Park Young-hoon, CEO of Decamp. “We plan to continue to operate various programs to foster a digital finance ecosystem in cooperation with financial companies and startup support organizations.”
