DLG Law Firm Holds Blockchain Overseas Expansion Seminar

Law firm DLG (Representative Attorneys Wonhee Cho and Heechul Ahn) announced on the 14th that it will hold a seminar titled 'Overseas Expansion of Blockchain Business: Focusing on the Current Status and Actual Cases of Overseas Crypto Markets' at the Dream Plus Gangnam B1 event hall at 2:00 PM on April 2nd.

This seminar was organized to share each country's crypto market success stories and practical insights in the rapidly changing blockchain market due to the pro-crypto policy of the Trump administration in the United States.

The event will begin with a presentation by Daniel Kim, CEO of Tiger Research, a web3 specialized research and consulting firm, on the topic of ‘Current Status and Cases of Major Asian Countries’. Next, Eun-jin Lee, Director of Fireblocks, a digital asset infrastructure provider, will introduce ‘Stable Coin Cases in the Global Market’, and Ji-won Ha, a foreign attorney (New York, USA) from Al Tamimi & Company, the largest law firm in the Middle East, will present ‘Overview of Blockchain and Crypto Regulations in the UAE and Real Cases’.

Attorney Dong-Hwan Kim of DL Law Firm will present on 'Overseas Expansion Plans, Including Flip', and CPA Soon-Ho Chu of DL Law Firm will explain 'Tax Investigation Trends and Key Issues Related to Virtual Assets'. Afterwards, Attorney Shin-Ae Park of DL Law Firm will serve as the moderator and a panel discussion and Q&A session will be held with all presenters participating.

This seminar will deal with the legal issues, market access strategies, and success factors that blockchain companies face when entering overseas markets. In particular, it is expected to help strengthen the global competitiveness of domestic blockchain companies by sharing projects and business cases that have successfully grown in each country's crypto market.

“The global blockchain market is facing an important turning point due to the Trump administration’s pro-crypto policy,” said Wonhee Cho, managing attorney at DLG Law Firm. “I hope this seminar will be a meaningful opportunity to present a legal and tax roadmap for domestic blockchain companies to prepare for overseas expansion.”

The seminar is free of charge, and registration can be made on the DLG Events page .
