NdotLight and AiV have signed a business agreement (MOU) for AI-based industrial automation innovation. Through this agreement, the two companies will accelerate the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and cooperate in the development of AI-based solutions. They also plan to disclose the related technology roadmap at the upcoming NVIDIA GTC 2025.
Endotrite has been focusing on improving manufacturing efficiency by utilizing AI-based 3D technology, and AiV is a specialized company that provides deep learning machine vision and industrial MLOps solutions. The collaboration between the two companies is expected to provide innovative solutions for improving productivity and quality for manufacturers.
In particular, we plan to promote a PoC (verification) project that utilizes Endotrite’s TRINIX technology and links it with AiV’s machine vision system. Through this, we plan to maximize the performance of inspection and robotics solutions using high-quality synthetic data, and jointly perform data integration and purification tasks to optimize AI model learning.
Additionally, the two companies are exploring ways to maximize the performance of AI learning and manufacturing automation through integration with NVIDIA’s Omniverse platform and COSMOS World Foundation Model (WFM), thereby creating an intelligent manufacturing environment and leading innovation in the industrial automation field.
Through this agreement, Endotlight and AiV expect to accelerate the development of AI-based industrial automation technology and jointly develop innovative solutions for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, thereby contributing to improving efficiency across the industry.
