Arcwid Global Signs MOU with Aiden Lab

ARK with Global, a global fulfillment and US retail distribution company, and Aiden Lab, a global e-commerce and marketing company, announced in February that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for joint brand development and distribution cooperation targeting the US market.

Arcwid Global has signed official vendor contracts with major U.S. retail chains such as MINISO and drugstore CVS, and is providing U.S. fulfillment services for leading domestic entertainment companies. In addition, it is carrying out various distribution and fulfillment businesses such as U.S. wholesale and retail distribution of Korea's No. 1 Honey Butter Almond Barf (HBAF).

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly launch products based on famous IPs in the US market along with the development of K-Brands that are in line with the rapidly growing US retail trend. They plan to quickly conquer the US market through an ‘all-in-one value chain’ strategy that encompasses everything from manufacturing and sourcing to global fulfillment and distribution.

“K-beauty’s performance in the US market is just beginning, and demand for cost-effective skincare and color K-beauty is increasing in various online and offline distribution channels,” said Davis, director of Arcwith Global. “Arcwith Global will work with Aiden Lab to jointly develop K-brands that can thrive in the Trump era, and will discover promising indie brands to strongly distribute in the US market.”

Through this collaboration, Arcwith Global will be in charge of the local market expansion strategy utilizing online and offline distribution networks in the U.S., while Aiden Lab will be in charge of excellent product supply and global influencer marketing, and plans to provide innovative and competitive K-beauty products to U.S. consumers.
