Wise AI, a K-OTC listed artificial intelligence (AI) platform specialist, announced on the 13th that it participated in the '2025 Busan Digital Dentistry Exhibition and International Conference (BDEX 2025)' held until the 9th and showcased its AI solutions and technological prowess.
BDEX is the largest dental exhibition and academic conference in Korea, and is an important event that shares digital dentistry technology and supports dental equipment companies to develop sales channels. At this event, Wise AI introduced its 'DentOn' AI solution and demonstrated the 24/7 AI consultation call function. The system focuses on increasing efficiency through AI-based patient consultation automation and reservation management system. Over 100 consultations were conducted during the event, and it received positive responses from dental professionals in the Yeongnam region in particular for its practicality and convenience.
During the event, Wise AI succeeded in signing subscription model contracts with many hospitals and clinics. The director of a dental hospital expressed his expectations for the introduction of the subscription service of 'DentOn', saying, "A system where AI conducts inbound consultations 24 hours a day will be a groundbreaking help in dental operations."
'DentON' is one of Wise AI's main cloud-based SaaS AI solutions, and it is characterized by its ability to automatically process various services such as △inbound and outbound customer response △reservation reminder △post-treatment management guidance △implant and denture treatment insurance application guidance. In addition, the platform construction is completed within 10 days of service application, and customer center operation using AI employees is possible, which can greatly improve the work efficiency of hospitals and clinics.
