Yeolhansi Co., Ltd., which operates the B2B space management platform 'Keeper', announced that it has signed a strategic collaboration with roommaid supplier Proescom Co., Ltd. Through this agreement, it plans to focus on accelerating the digital transformation of hotel roommaid supply and management processes and improving operational efficiency.
As the first step of the collaboration, the two companies have started operating room maids at a luxury hotel in Seoul. They plan to maximize efficiency by optimizing human resource management and analyzing operational data using the 'Keeper' platform, and continuously improve service quality.
“Through this collaboration, we will be able to accelerate the digital transformation of hotel room maid supply and operation,” said CEO Lee Dong-hee of Yeolhansi. “We will lead innovation in the space management market together with Proescom and present new operational standards to the industry.”
A Proescom official said, “We expect that this agreement will further increase the efficiency of hotel room maid operations. By utilizing the 11 o’clock Keeper platform, we will optimize the personnel allocation and management process, thereby reducing the operational burden on our clients and providing a higher level of service.”
