
Salesforce held the '2025 Agentforce Partner Summit' for major partners at Conrad Seoul in Yeouido on Tuesday the 11th. More than 200 people from 40 domestic Salesforce partners attended the event, sharing business adoption cases of the AI agent platform 'Agentforce' and exchanging business insights among partners. In addition, through the Agentforce Hackathon Seoul Awards Ceremony and the annual partner awards, AI ecosystem strengthening and mutual growth strategies between companies were discussed.
This summit began with a keynote speech by Salesforce Korea CEO Son Bu-han. Under the theme of ‘All companies as AgentForce companies,’ CEO Son shared business strategies for AI agent innovation in 2025 and presented ways to support the growth of partners. The main session that followed revealed Salesforce’s major product updates, customer success stories, and AI-based business growth strategies. In particular, the ‘1 Million Agentblazer’ program for training experts related to the changes AI agents will bring to the CRM and AI fields was introduced.
In addition, the 'Agentforce Hackathon Seoul' awards ceremony was held concurrently, and a total of 24 teams from 17 partner companies participated in this hackathon to develop and demonstrate AI agents in a form that can be applied to actual businesses. Salesforce evaluated the following as its evaluation criteria: △Customer understanding and data analysis △Clarity of AI adoption strategy △Case feasibility △Data architecture and utilization strategy △Expected effects and quantitative goals △Salesforce product scalability and integration strategy.
The winning teams of the hackathon were Hyundai AutoEver, iTmax, KUSRC, Milbus, and Clovis, and each team received high praise for presenting AI agent functions such as customer data analysis, legal secretary services, and online shopping optimization. For example, Hyundai AutoEver developed an AI agent that revolutionized the vehicle maintenance process and implemented an automatic maintenance reservation function using customer vehicle data.
At the Partner Awards Ceremony, Salesforce's best partners in each field were selected. Daewoo Nexteer was selected as the 'Best Cloud Reseller of the Year', Hyundai Autoever was selected as the 'Best Consulting Partner of the Year', Newbrick was selected as the 'Emerging Partner of the Year', and KUSRC was selected as the 'Trailblazer of the Year'. In addition, DK BMC and Planet Partners were selected as the 'Innovation Partner of the Year' and 'Tableau Partner of the Year', respectively.
CEO Son Bu-han said, “Through this partner summit, we were able to directly see the outstanding technology and potential of domestic partners, and cooperation between them will play an important role in accelerating AI innovation.” In addition, Salesforce stated that it will continue to focus on strengthening the AI competitiveness of domestic companies and building a sustainable digital innovation environment through collaboration with partners.
