AI·XR (Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality) technology company Vernect (CEO Taejin Ha) announced that it will participate in 'Automation World 2025 (AW 2025)' held at COEX in Seoul from the 12th to the 14th.
At this exhibition, Burnect will unveil an automatic risk detection system using robots and AI-based gauge recognition technology, as well as the latest smart factory solutions that will lead the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
In particular, the AI smart safety glasses 'VisionX', which won the CES 2025 Innovation Award, is a product jointly developed with Model Solution, and is characterized by being equipped with AI functions for real-time data analysis and worker support in industrial sites.
Burnect's robot-based automatic risk detection system patrols the manufacturing site, detects the status of workers in real time, and detects hazards. It immediately detects dangerous situations such as workers falling or not wearing safety equipment, and sends warnings to managers, and dramatically improves the safety of industrial sites through unmanned monitoring.
In addition, the AI-based gauge recognition system is a solution that automatically analyzes the position and angle of the equipment's indicator needle using a PTZ camera and detects abnormal conditions to prevent accidents. This can prevent equipment failures and accidents in advance and maximize the efficiency of maintenance and inspection.
Along with this, Burnect will exhibit smart factory solutions that combine AI and XR technologies, such as the XR-based quality inspection solution 'Twyn', the remote collaboration solution 'Remote', and the XR content production platform 'Make·View'.
Burnect's exhibition booth is located at COEX C216, where visitors can experience the products directly and consult with experts.
Automation World 2025 is Korea's largest industrial automation and smart manufacturing exhibition, an important event that combines Smart Factory + Automation World, AIMEX, and Korea Vision Show.
Through this exhibition, Burnect plans to showcase AI and XR-based smart factory innovation technologies and strengthen cooperation with global manufacturers and industrial automation companies.
A Burnect official said, “Through our participation in Automation World 2025, we will further strengthen our position in the smart manufacturing and automation industries and accelerate our entry into the global market,” adding, “We will lead the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry with innovative solutions that combine robot and AI technologies.”
