Wadle joins 'Kolon Benit AI Alliance'

Wadle Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Ji-hyeok), the developer of the conversational artificial intelligence agent 'Gentoo', announced on the 12th that it is joining the AI Alliance led by Kolon Benit (CEO Kang I-gu), an IT service specialist of Kolon Group.

The two companies signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) to join the 'Kolon Benit AI Alliance' launched by Kolon Benit last year, and agreed to cooperate in introducing Wardl's commerce-specific conversational AI agent 'Gentoo' to the commerce field.

By joining this alliance, Waddle will be able to create an innovative AI ecosystem and secure friendly partnerships with leading domestic AI companies for future business operations. In particular, by participating as a company with AI technology, it will utilize a number of global vendors and partners in manufacturing, finance, fashion, and construction, creating opportunities for solution advancement and business expansion.

In addition, we plan to expand cooperation with major companies in the AI ecosystem and create synergy by innovating customer experiences across the commerce industry based on our own technological prowess. Accordingly, we plan to pursue innovative research and business that can be immediately applied in actual industrial sites, and continuously update services that can be applied to various industrial groups.

Meanwhile, Waddle is developing and operating Gentoo, a multi-agent-based B2B SaaS solution that helps customers make purchasing decisions in online shopping malls. Its feature is that it prevents customers from leaving and increases purchase conversion rates by identifying their purchasing intent and suggesting recommended products like a veteran salesperson at an offline store when customers are browsing products.
