Venture Business Association Holds '2025 AI Innovation Seminar'

The Korea Venture Business Association announced that it held the '2025 AI Innovation Seminar' at the Google Startup Campus Event Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on Tuesday, March 11. This seminar was hosted by the AX Bridge Committee (Chairman Lee Ju-wan) and was prepared to understand the current state of AI technology and join the journey to find answers amidst uncertainty.

The AX Bridge Committee was launched in July 2024 to support the AI transition of venture companies, and currently has about 20 operating committee members working to secure AI competitiveness of venture companies. Representatives of various companies are participating in the committee, including MegaZone Cloud CEO Lee Ju-wan, FortyTwoMaru CEO Kim Dong-hwan, GoPizza CEO Lim Jae-won, and Luton Technologies CEO Lee Se-young.

This seminar, held under the theme of 'AI 2025: Try First, Finding Answers in Uncertainty!', consisted of global AI industry trends, AI system analysis, and AI innovation case presentations. In the first session, FortyTwoMaru CEO Kim Dong-hwan presented on the topic of 'Global AI Industry Trends Seen through CES 2025', presenting AI technology trends and survival strategies for venture companies.

Next, Lim Jeong-geun, CEO of legal AI company BHSN, explained the start of EU regulations related to the AI Act and the trends in AI policies in the US, and presented tasks for the growth of the Korean AI industry.

In the AI innovation case presentation session, Persona AI CEO Seungjae Yoo, Hurobotics CEO Kiwook Lee, and NationA CEO Suyeon Yoo shared innovation cases in the fields of AI agents, AI robots, and AI-based 3D motion, respectively. Seungjae Yoo discussed the development of edge AI technology with the topic of ‘AI innovation that operates without the Internet based on GEN AICC,’ and Kiwook Lee presented a case of applying AI technology to wearable robots. Suyeon Yoo introduced innovation in 3D content creation through AI.

Megazone Cloud CEO Lee Ju-wan, who is the chairman of the AX Bridge Committee, said, “In order to accelerate the transition to AI and support the creation of tangible results, we plan to foster the AI industry and strengthen the competitiveness of venture companies through activities such as discovering and disseminating AX cases, improving laws and regulations related to AI, and expanding the scope of the committee.”
