PIIE, a specialized company in AI-based manufacturing intelligence integrated solutions, announced that it will participate in the '2025 Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition (AW 2025)' held at COEX in Seoul from March 12 to 14 and showcase AI solutions that lead manufacturing innovation.
Based on the experience of global companies in advancing their manufacturing processes, PIIE will exhibit various manufacturing intelligence solutions. The company will unveil various solutions such as △AI vision inspection △data-based smart factory △AI Agent △AI-based ultrasonic inspection, and will pursue solution advancement and integrated operation through collaboration with its subsidiaries, AHA Labs, BizHigh System, and F1Tech. Through this, the goal is to implement manufacturing intelligence that ‘analyzes, solves, and innovates with AI.’
At this exhibition, PII plans to organize its booth based on the concept of expressing the core elements of the manufacturing process as eyes, heart, and brain, and operate the booth under the theme of ‘Factory with AI.’ The booth is divided into the AI Vision Zone (eyes), AI Integrated Control Zone (heart), and AI Intelligence Zone (brain), and each will introduce solutions that improve the yield and productivity of the manufacturing process. The AI Vision Zone will recreate the product inspection process using actual equipment, and visitors can directly experience the process of AI detecting defects. In addition, various solutions such as cylindrical battery inspection, conveyor process inspection, roll-to-roll inspection, and ultrasonic inspection will be demonstrated, and cases of resolving defects that occur in manufacturing sites will be introduced.
The AI Integrated Control Zone exhibits a real-time monitoring dashboard of vision inspection results and sensor data, as well as a digital twin-based integrated remote control screen. Visitors can directly experience the predictive maintenance and quality management process of AI Agent, which is an advanced data-based smart factory solution. The AI Intelligence Zone introduces the AIOps (AI Model Operation and Management) platform, and visitors can quickly develop AI models through a no-code collaboration-based platform without developer programming, and also experience the process of monitoring AI model performance in industrial sites.
