DeepFine participates in the 'AI Autonomous Manufacturing Innovation Forum'

Deepfine, an XR spatial computing platform company, announced that CTO Lee Jeong-min will attend the 'AI Autonomous Manufacturing Innovation Forum' as a speaker to be held at COEX in Seoul on the 13th.

This forum is a side event of the '2025 Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition (AW)' that runs for three days from the 12th. It will be divided into a total of six tracks: industrial AI, robot fusion technology, digital quality, SDF (Software Defined Factory), digital ESG, and smart logistics. About 200 people from the manufacturing industry are expected to attend each track. At this forum, CTO Lee Jeong-min will present on the topic of 'New Horizons in Manufacturing Innovation, XR Solutions that Overcome Spatial Limitations.' In his presentation, he will introduce methods of building manufacturing sites into digital spaces through XR solutions based on vision AI technology.

XR solutions are technologies that resolve spatial limitations occurring in manufacturing sites, enhance worker training and collaboration, and contribute to maximizing product quality through production management automation. In his presentation, CTO Lee Jeong-min will discuss the impact XR technology will have on the manufacturing industry and forecast future industry trends, as well as the potential of the rapidly expanding global XR solution market. Deepfine is developing and operating 'DEEP.FINE Spatial Crafter (DSC)', an XR spatial information construction solution, and 'DAO (DEEP.FINE AR.ON)', a remote collaboration solution utilizing smart glasses.

DEEP.FINE Spatial Crafter (DSC) is a solution that can easily build a digital twin of a manufacturing site without LiDAR equipment and experts. This solution can transform real space into digital space and augment manuals for worker training and work support. It also predicts failures that may occur in the process through virtual simulation and improves product quality by performing optimization based on this. DAO is a real-time remote collaboration and integrated management solution using AR glasses, and builds a management system that improves the safety and efficiency of manufacturing sites. It enables real-time communication with workers wearing glasses, and automates process monitoring and facility management. Deepfine has cases of automating process monitoring and facility management through collaboration with construction companies, and is also developing specialized technologies for food manufacturing companies and logistics companies. For example, it provides solutions such as food material inspection and courier barcode recognition based on DAO.

CTO Lee Jeong-min said, “Autonomous manufacturing based on AI technology is developing beyond simple factory automation and is evolving toward building a more advanced production environment by combining it with XR.” He added, “DeepFine will accelerate the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry based on spatial computing technology and contribute to implementing efficient and safe smart factories.”
