Sage (CEO Jong-Woo Park and Young-Seok Hong), an industry-specialized AI machine vision company, announced on the 10th that it will participate in the 'Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition 2025 (AW2025)' to be held at COEX in Seoul from the 12th to the 14th. AW2025 is Asia's representative smart manufacturing and automation technology exhibition, and is a global industrial event where the latest smart factory technologies are gathered.
At this exhibition, Sage will showcase its latest technology centered around three AI-based solutions optimized for manufacturing sites. Key exhibited products include ▲AI-based machine vision solution ‘SAIGE VISION’ ▲AI-based manufacturing process monitoring solution ‘SAIGE VIMS’ ▲AI-based safety monitoring solution ‘SAIGE SAFETY’.
'Sage Vision' is a high-precision quality inspection automation solution utilizing AI technology, which supports qualitative appearance inspection automation of products as well as analysis and statistics of good/bad data and MLOps. In particular, it is characterized by implementing a user-friendly AI automation introduction environment with the industry's highest level of inspection accuracy and various auxiliary functions. 'Sage Beams' is an AI-based monitoring solution that detects abnormal behavior in the manufacturing process in real time. It supports process optimization through statistical analysis of abnormal data and enables AI vision inspection by linking with existing CCTV without separate complex hardware configuration. It is a high-performance solution that enables continuous tracking and analysis even in high-speed processes and can perform up to 60 AI-based inspections per second. 'Sage Safety' is an intelligent CCTV solution that detects safety and security in industrial sites in real time, and immediately detects the safety status of workers (whether they are wearing hard hats and safety belts, heavy equipment constriction, falls, collapses, etc.) and industrial site risk factors (fire, smoke, access to dangerous equipment, external intrusion) to prevent accidents.
Sage Marketing Director Lee Seong-woo said, “Through this exhibition, we plan to demonstrate how Sage’s innovative AI-based machine vision technology can effectively solve various industrial problems such as quality control, process optimization, and safety management in manufacturing sites, and prevent potential risks.” He added, “In particular, Sage Vision’s high-precision inspection technology and Sage Beams’ real-time monitoring solution are key elements that simultaneously improve productivity and quality in manufacturing sites, and have significantly improved economic efficiency in terms of introduction costs and maintenance compared to existing systems.”
He continued, “Sage will become the optimal partner for building a smart manufacturing environment by providing customized AI solutions that are tailored to the characteristics and requirements of our customers’ manufacturing sites.” He also expressed his ambition to “advance big data and AI analysis technologies in the future to develop them into comprehensive smart factory solutions, thereby contributing to strengthening the global competitiveness of the domestic manufacturing industry.”
Meanwhile, 'Sage Safety' was officially recognized for its technological prowess when it was selected as an industrial convergence innovation item by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy in December of last year.
