The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced that it will recruit organizations to participate in the '2025 K-Scouter' from February 24 to March 17.
K-Scouter will utilize its global network to discover promising overseas startups wishing to enter the Korean market, support their settlement in Korea and initial acceleration, and promote the Korean startup ecosystem.
The K-Scouter project, which was first introduced last year as part of the policy to promote inbound (domestic startups by overseas entrepreneurs), is discovering 22 overseas startups in 2024 and supporting their domestic settlement, including incorporation.
This year, we plan to strengthen K-Scouter’s activities to attract excellent companies, such as reverse-flip companies (relocating overseas headquarters to Korea), to improve business performance and contribute to the globalization of the startup ecosystem.
Institutions wishing to participate can apply on the K-Startup website until March 17th, and for more detailed information, please visit the Ministry of SMEs and Startups or the K-Startup website.
