Japanese global digital sheet music platform 'Kokoro and Musician (hereinafter referred to as Kokomu)' operated by MPAG (CEO Jeong In-seo) announced on the 7th that it will hold an online contest with piano creator 'Kanakana Family'.
Kanakana is a pianist who has gained attention for his outstanding piano skills, having gained experience not only in Japan but also overseas. His YouTube channel 'CANACANA family' has become a representative piano content channel on YouTube, recording 1.7 million subscribers and over 1 billion cumulative views worldwide.
This contest was planned to create a virtuous cycle ecosystem where artists' sheet music inspires users and leads to creation. In particular, by delivering Kanakana's feedback to all 150 participants, we plan to provide users who play sheet music alone with the opportunity to receive feedback directly from the creator. Through this, we plan to activate direct communication between artists and users.
In addition, all participants will receive a reward worth up to 500 yen that can be used on the CocoMu platform, and excellent performers selected through Kanakana's evaluation will be gifted official goods from Steinway & Sons, a world-renowned piano company, and Kanakana goods.
