The Plato, the developer of 'Tiro', an AI service that provides real-time conversation records and high-quality summary notes, announced on the 6th that it had attracted a total of 800 million won in seed investment from Smilegate Investment and Mashup Ventures.
Tiro is an AI note-taking service that records real-time multilingual conversations and automatically generates high-quality summary notes based on them. Breaking away from the traditional simple dictation method, AI automatically structures the conversation, understands the user's context, and instantly creates a one-page document in the desired format. This service is used in various business situations such as meetings, lectures, and interviews, and has already secured paying customers such as global startups and venture capitalists.
With this investment, Dupleyto plans to expand the scope of Tiro’s utilization. It will expand the service base to support not only real-time face-to-face meetings but also various environments such as mobile, tablet, and desktop, and grow into an all-in-one AI secretary that can record all conversation situations. The investment will be used to focus on improving service quality and enhancing customer value, and will evolve into an intuitive service that even users with little experience using AI can easily use. In addition, it plans to increase organizational utilization centered on existing customers and accelerate expansion into a B2C2B model.
