Nurse lifestyle brand 'Nulfit Co., Ltd.' (CEO Seong-Hoon Oh) and law firm 'Seon-ui' announced on the 6th that they signed a business agreement (MOU) to provide practical assistance and consultation opportunities for legal issues that nurses may experience.
Through this MOU, Nulpitt plans to support nurses to receive prompt and professional legal advice on legal issues they may face in the course of performing their duties. In particular, it focuses on providing consultation and response measures for various legal issues such as medical disputes, work environment, and human rights issues.
“Nurses play an important role in taking responsibility for the lives and health of patients, but there is a high possibility that they will become embroiled in legal disputes in medical settings,” said CEO Oh Seong-hoon, who is a former nurse. “Through this agreement, we will strengthen practical legal support so that nurses can work in a safer and more stable environment.”
Attorney Ji-eun Oh of the law firm ‘Seonui’, a former nurse who is part of this agreement, said, “There are many cases where nurses face difficulties due to legal issues,” and “We hope to contribute to protecting the rights of nurses by cooperating with Nulpitt to provide more systematic and professional legal services.”
Nulpitt plans to continue expanding its various support programs for nurses and medical professionals. It is expected that this MOU signing will help more nurses resolve legal difficulties and focus on their original roles.
