Catch Table, operated by Ward, a company specializing in integrated solutions for the restaurant industry, announced that it has been selected as the official Booking Supporter for the global gourmet guidebook, 'Michelin Guide Seoul & Busan 2025.'
Catch Table has been working with the Michelin Guide for the second time since last year to provide reservation functions for restaurants selected by the Michelin Guide. As an official booking supporter, Catch Table plans to promote Korean gastronomy culture with the Michelin Guide, which is trusted by gourmets around the world, and support consumers to easily experience Michelin-selected restaurants.
At 11 a.m. today, the Michelin Guide unveiled new restaurants that have raised the bar for Korean gastronomy through the 'Michelin Guide Seoul & Busan 2025'. This Michelin Guide includes a variety of restaurants in the Seoul and Busan areas selected by the Michelin Guide evaluators, including 'Michelin Stars' that offer world-class cuisine, 'Bib Gourmands' that offer reasonable prices, and 'Michelin Green Stars' that lead sustainable gastronomy culture.
In particular, it has attracted attention that most of the restaurants selected in this year's Michelin Guide can be reserved through Catch Table. All 40 domestic Michelin star restaurants selected in the Michelin Guide Seoul & Busan 2025 are located in Catch Table, allowing gourmets to more easily make reservations at top-class restaurants recognized by Michelin.
This guide includes Mingles, which was newly promoted to 3 Michelin stars, as well as 2-star Michelin restaurants Jeongsikdang, La Yeon, and Mitou. In addition, chef Kim Do-yoon’s Yoon Seoul, Ebit, which was promoted from 1 star to 2 stars, and Escondido, which was newly awarded 1 star, also received Michelin stars and received more attention.
Catch Table has enhanced its function to allow users to check and make reservations for a list of Michelin-selected restaurants at once through the in-app special event page. Users can make reservations in real time according to their desired date, time, and number of people, and conveniently manage reservations through vacant seat notifications.
A Catch Table official said, “It is very meaningful that we have been selected as the official booking supporter of the Michelin Guide, the standard for global gourmet evaluation, for two consecutive years,” and added, “Catch Table will do its best to provide customers with a rich gourmet experience by continuously presenting various contents to promote the essence of domestic gourmet culture, in addition to reservations at Michelin-selected restaurants.”
