Free Life, 2024 Protocol Awards Ceremony Held

Mutual aid service company Freelife (CEO Kim Man-ki) announced on the 6th that it successfully held the '2024 Freelife Protocol Awards Ceremony' at the Sonocam Goyang Crystal Ballroom Hall located in Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 5th.

Free Life's protocol directors are the first to meet customers when a funeral occurs and are key personnel who help with the overall funeral process. There are about 320 directors deployed nationwide. The 'Free Life Protocol Awards', which is now in its second year, is an event to recognize the hard work of all protocol directors and to select and award protocol directors who achieved high customer satisfaction last year. In particular, starting from this year's awards ceremony, a category was newly established to select excellent branches of Free Life's premium funeral home brand, Shillakwon, and to share the pride of operating the largest direct funeral home chain network in the industry and to strengthen the will to provide customer satisfaction service.

At this awards ceremony, 28 protocol instructors and 4 Shillakwon branches were honored with awards. First, in the 'One-star' category, which honors excellent protocol instructors and was selected for the first time as 'Master Protocol Instructors', a total of 11 protocol instructors including Kim Kwon-ha and Lee Hyang-sook were awarded. In the 'Two-star' category, which was selected as excellent protocol instructors for the second consecutive year, a total of 14 people including Jeong Yeong-uk and Lee Won-hee were awarded. In addition, in the Shillakwon excellent branch category, including 3 people receiving awards for service, Osan Dongtan Branch won the grand prize, Dangjin Branch won the grand prize, and Gimpo Branch and Incheon Branch won the excellence awards, earning them the honor of being the first award-winning branches.
