– Maximize work efficiency by using AI to search for information, summarize context, and analyze documents
– Provided by 'Intelligence Plan'

Toss Lab, which provides the business collaboration tool JANDI, announced on the 6th that it is releasing the official version of the AI (artificial intelligence) function 'Sprinkler'. The official version released today is a version with improved performance after going through a private beta test with 25 companies participating since the second half of last year.
Sprinkler can be used by applying for the 'Intelligence Plan', the top business plan of the lawn. Companies applying will be provided with a one-month free trial opportunity and introduction consulting.
Sprinkler is an AI function that uses artificial intelligence in the lawn to increase work productivity. It uses LLM (Large Language Model) to facilitate information search and use, and analyzes the context in the lawn chat room to provide the optimal answer. Users can use the AI-generated answer as a message or edit it to complete the content. In addition, AI and users can interact in natural language for documents and image files to reproduce more valuable information.
Company L, which participated in the closed beta test, said, “With Sprinkler, the time for searching sales data and creating reports was shortened by 98% from 12 minutes to 10 seconds.” This is because they listened to feedback from corporate customers in various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, IT, and F&B to understand their needs and reflected them in the development of AI functions. In addition, they verified during the test that it is an AI utilization environment that preemptively blocks the possibility of corporate data leakage and learning.
“Since ZANDI is 100% SaaS (Software as a Service)-based, it can quickly keep up with the rapidly changing pace of AI development,” said Seo Jun-ho, CTO (Chief of Technology Officer) who oversaw the development of ZANDI AI Sprinkler. “Continuous improvement is essential for a company’s transition to AI, and providing this quickly and reliably is ZANDI AI’s competitive edge.”
Toss Lab CEO Kim Dae-hyun said, “The gap between companies that utilize AI and those that do not is gradually widening,” and added, “Based on the know-how we have accumulated from providing messenger-based collaboration tools for the past 10 years, we will provide an AI collaboration platform that allows anyone to easily work with AI.”
JANDI plans to continuously support corporate productivity improvement with AI. JANDI will link data from JANDI and corporate data to increase the accuracy of answers, and additional functions that can automatically process repetitive tasks using natural language will be provided in the first half of the year.
