
HR tech company Wanted Lab announced on the 5th that it will hold 'Wanted High Five 2025' for office workers who are concerned about their careers in the AI era on May 19th and 20th at the COEX Auditorium and Grand Ballroom in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
'Wanted High Five 2025' is an expanded event of 'Wanted Con', a conference for office workers that Wanted Lab has held since 2018, and targets office workers from various occupations such as HR managers, developers, designers, and marketers. It is held with a new work-related topic every year, and company representatives, executives, and professors participate as speakers to provide in-depth insights based on cases.
The first day of the event is 'HR Day' for HR managers, and the second day is 'Makers Day' for service creators such as developers, planners, designers, and marketers.
HR Day will feature a total of 5 tracks and 30 presentation sessions under the theme of ‘Stories from HR Practitioners Preparing for the AI Era.’ Key sessions include: ‘Work, People, and Organizations in the AI Era,’ in which Jeon Jong-min, Vice President of Leadership at SK Academy, presents changes in work brought about by AI and the direction of organizational culture development; ‘Startup HR Consensus Desired by VCs,’ in which Park Hyung-min, Head of Management Support at Kakao Investment, addresses the importance of HR factors in venture capital investment reviews; and ‘Creating a High-Performance AI Organization Based on Vision and Competency,’ in which Lee Dong-hoon, Executive Director of People Unit at LG AI Research Institute, addresses the high-performance culture of AI technology-based organizations.
At Maker's Day, with the theme of 'AI Era, Stories of Individuals, Teams, and Brands Responding to Change', presentations will be held including: △Park Mi-jeong, Lead Software Engineer at Carrot, introducing engineering capabilities for surviving in the era of generative AI, 'Engineers Who Survive in the Era of Generative AI'; △Jeon Sang-ho, UX Design Leader at Naver Pay, presenting 'How Designers Connect Business and Technology' on the essential capabilities of designers; △Kim Seok-hwan, Director of Catchtable Product Center, introducing the business models of companies growing based on AI technology, 'How is Catchtable Growing in the Era of AI'.
The main sponsors of this event include various companies such as global customer relationship management (CRM) company Salesforce, all-in-one creator content platform Class 101, edutech startup Freewillin, internet-only bank Toss Bank, and IT startup Team Sparta.
