Payhere selected as smart store supplier for 3 consecutive years

Integrated store management platform Payhere (CEO Park Jun-ki) announced on the 5th that it has been selected as a supplier for the 'Small Business Smart Store Technology Distribution Project' for the third consecutive year. Through this, it will provide free customized solutions to help with marketing and order management for small business stores nationwide.

The Smart Store Technology Dissemination Project is a government project that supports the introduction of smart technologies such as kiosks and table orders to strengthen the digital competitiveness of small business owners. In particular, this year, a monthly subscription-based service-type software (hereinafter referred to as SaaS) has been added as a new support item, and the introduction cost is supported by up to 100% within the limit of 300,000 won per month.

Payhere provides 'Customer Management Premium' and 'KDS (Kitchen Display System)' solutions that are linked to POS in the relevant SaaS sector. Small business owners who apply for this support project and are selected can receive full support for the subscription fee for each solution for up to two years.

First, if you subscribe to Customer Management Premium, POS will automatically analyze customer data and provide marketing functions at the level of large franchises, such as ▲VIP level-based accrual benefits ▲first-time visit and birthday discount coupons ▲seasonal marketing notifications ▲stamp accrual.

When subscribing to KDS, you can check all orders and customer requests in real time through the tablet installed in the kitchen. Orders from various devices such as POS, delivery, table order, and kiosk are displayed sequentially, and after cooking, a pickup notification message is sent to the customer to streamline unnecessary movement.

Park Jun-ki, CEO of Payhere, said, “It is meaningful to support the digital transformation of small business owners nationwide for three consecutive years,” and added, “This year in particular, we expect that the service-type software sector will be of great help in solving practical difficulties in store operations, such as marketing and order management, with just a simple subscription.”

Meanwhile, small business owners who wish to adopt Payhere's SaaS solution can apply from the 7th to the 21st on the Small Business Smart Store website.
