IAAN (CEO Seungho Lee), a company specializing in industrial digital twin platforms, announced on the 4th that it participated in the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, a mobile technology exhibition held in Barcelona, Spain.
MWC 2025 is an event hosted by the GSMA (Global System for Mobile Communications Association) where global companies representing the ICT and high-tech industries share the latest technologies and solutions. In this exhibition, Ian emphasizes the key role that digital twins play in smart manufacturing and industrial automation, and introduces productivity innovation solutions and innovative use cases based on digital twins.
Ian is developing digital twin solutions for high-tech manufacturing and infrastructure facilities such as semiconductors, displays, and nuclear power industries. Through this, it plans to expand global markets and strengthen partnerships, and expand the application of digital twin technology beyond the semiconductor and display manufacturing industries to various industries such as plants, construction, and data centers.
DTDesigner, which Ian is showcasing at the Korea Pavilion booth, is a collaborative platform that can manage design, construction, operation, and maintenance based on 3D modeling. It is designed to enable real-time collaboration by applying XR (extended reality) technology. Through this, productivity and efficiency can be maximized in industrial sites, and it is characterized by supporting OPEX reduction and CAPEX optimization.
This exhibition showcases various functions such as ▲DTD square (3D BIM model editing and simulation), ▲DTD AR (AR-based facility verification and construction progress management), ▲DTD on (real-time multi-party collaboration support), ▲DTD builder & DTD guide (customized augmented reality manual production), etc., and is expanding opportunities for cooperation with global companies.
