Mondaine Consulting operates “Fundable,” a subscription service for fundraising experts that helps early-stage startups overcome the valley of death and scale up, and is known as a venture studio that provides both investment and incubation.
The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation to promote the innovative growth of startups and activate the startup ecosystem, and announced that the main areas of cooperation include: △technology transfer and demand discovery, △utilization of benefits designated as Suwon University’s venture business incubation zone, △support for technology financing, technology evaluation, technology protection, and consulting, and △sharing of technology transactions and commercialization information.
Professor Kim Sung-min, director of Suwon University’s Startup Incubation Center, said, “Technological advancement is essential for small and medium-sized venture companies to grow, but they often lack the resources to overcome internal technological limitations.” He continued, “Therefore, active technology transfer activities with companies, universities, and research institutes are necessary. I am pleased to have established a system that can resolve technical difficulties for companies located in the Startup Incubation Center through the agreement with Mondaine Consulting.”
Mondaine Consulting CEO Lim Myeong-cheol said, “Through this agreement, we expect to be able to provide active technology commercialization and an R&D foundation through industry-academia-research cooperation to startups lacking R&D capabilities and resources.”
