Wadle, selected as supplier for '2025 AI Voucher Support Project'

Wadle Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji-hyeok Park), the developer of the conversational artificial intelligence agent 'Gentoo', announced on the 4th that it was selected as a supplier for the '2025 AI Voucher Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).

The AI Voucher Support Project is a program that supports demand companies such as small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners to introduce excellent AI solutions from supply companies to increase work efficiency and accelerate digital transformation. The scale of project support is up to KRW 200 million.

Through this AI voucher support project, Waddle plans to expand the supply of its AI agent solution, ‘Gentu’. The plan is to support selected companies as demand companies to apply customized AI agents specialized in commerce to innovate the customer experience of shopping malls and increase actual purchase conversion rates.

Gentoo is a multi-agent-based B2B SaaS solution that helps customers make purchasing decisions in online shopping malls. The moment a customer browses a product or considers purchasing, a floating button is activated, and it has the characteristic of preventing customer churn and increasing purchase conversion rates by understanding the customer’s purchasing intent through natural conversation and providing appropriate recommendations, just like a veteran salesperson at an offline store.

In particular, it provides a more personalized shopping experience and maximizes customer loyalty by learning not only the massive commerce data of each company, such as ▲product information ▲reviews ▲consultation records, but also the interests and purchasing patterns of each consumer.

Cho Yong-won, CSO of Wardle, said, “Gentoo goes beyond simply recommending products; it finds optimized conversation and recommendation strategies for various categories and platforms to induce customers to make purchases.” He added, “We will continue to work to enable more companies to improve their marketing performance through Gentoo.”
