
Remax Korea announced on the 27th that it will strengthen its competitiveness in the domestic real estate market by signing a strategic business agreement (MOU) with KAP Korea Asset Purchase . Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate to improve the quality of real estate investment and brokerage services and create a systematic and trustworthy real estate transaction environment.
This agreement was signed to provide professional and stable real estate transaction services to domestic and international real estate investors. Remax Korea is a global real estate brand with a strong network and brokerage know-how, and KAP Korea Asset Purchase has differentiated competitiveness in the real estate investment and asset purchase sectors.
'Hedge' is a service that reduces financial risks that may arise during the subscription and home purchase process by combining real estate finance and AI technology. It contributes to securing residential stability and asset liquidity by granting subscription winners the right to sell the apartment at the acquisition cost within a certain period of time. Through this, KAP Korea Asset Purchase is building business reliability by cooperating with a number of public and financial institutions such as the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Financial Services Commission, LH, DB Insurance, and KB Kookmin Bank.
Through this agreement, the two companies will promote information exchange, expert network sharing, and joint marketing related to real estate investment and asset purchase. The combination of Remax Korea’s global real estate network and KAP Korea Asset Purchase’s financial and investment model is expected to provide a foundation for comprehensive real estate management services from subscription to purchase, rental operation, and investment.
