DLG Law Firm Signs Business Agreement with Japanese Firm Finoject

Law firm DLG announced on the 27th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Japanese consulting firm Finoject (CEO Kimihiro Mine) to support the entry of blockchain and fintech companies into the Korean and Japanese markets.

Under this agreement, Korean and Japanese blockchain and fintech companies will be able to receive one-stop support for various services such as corporate establishment, licensing, and consulting by utilizing the networks of law firms DLG and Finoject. In particular, it is expected to effectively lower market entry barriers by providing expert advice on Japan’s financial regulations and business practices.

Key support services include establishing market entry strategies, incorporation and registration support, financial license acquisition support, regulatory response, local partnership building, and human resources and tax management support. In particular, specialized services will be provided in cutting-edge financial technology fields such as digital assets, virtual currency exchanges, and electronic payment services.

“This agreement will make it easier for domestic fintech and blockchain companies to advance into Japan,” said Cho Won-hee, managing attorney at DLG Law Firm. “We will overcome the differences in legal and regulatory environments between the two countries through a network of experts and support companies so that they can focus on their business.”
