Nine Hire Obtains ISMS Certification

Ninehire, a job management solution of JobKorea, announced on the 26th that it had obtained the Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification managed by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).

ISMS certification is a system that comprehensively evaluates a company's ability to systematically establish information security management procedures and measures to safely protect key information assets and to continuously operate and manage them.

Nine Hire has obtained ISMS certification by passing the conformity assessment for a total of 80 criteria, including △Establishment and operation of management system (16 items) and △Protection measures requirements (64 items). Through this, Nine Hire has officially proven that it has a system that can more safely protect sensitive corporate and applicant information handled during the recruitment process.

Based on this certification, Nine Hire is actively promoting the improvement of applicant data recording functions and security reinforcement. By automatically tracking and recording user information, download history, and changes that have accessed applicant data, transparency of data processing is guaranteed, and corporate customers are provided with easy monitoring functions that can strengthen data from security threats.
