KS Industry Appoints Global IT Expert Director for New Business

KS Industry is strengthening its future growth engine by appointing a global expert in AI data center and semiconductor fields as a new director.

KS Industries announced on the 26th that it held a special shareholders meeting and appointed Katta Reddy and Karim Arabi as new directors. The two individuals have extensive experience and expertise in the semiconductor and AI data center fields, and are expected to contribute to strengthening KS Industries’ technological prowess and global market position in the future.

Katta Reddy holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Florida Institute of Technology, USA. He has worked in the semiconductor and data center industries, and led strategic business development and operations at NEC Electronics Inc. He was a vice president at Marvell Semiconductor, where he led technology innovation and product development. He is currently serving as executive vice president (EVP) at Sify Technologies Limited, a NASDAQ-listed company that operates AI data centers. KS Industries expects Katta Reddy to be instrumental in advancing the company’s technical vision and strategic direction.

Karim Arabi earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in Canada, and served as the head of research at Qualcomm’s headquarters in the U.S., where he led the development of cutting-edge technologies. He is currently the CEO of Atlazo Inc., where he presents innovative solutions. KS Industry expects him to play a key role in creating new opportunities in the R&D sector and enhancing global market competitiveness.

A KS Industry official said, “With the addition of Directors Katta Reddy and Karim Arabi along with ELM Systems, which participated in the paid-in capital increase on March 4, we have been able to fully expand our business related to AI data centers and AI chips,” adding, “We will provide innovative and reliable solutions to customers.”
