Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Byeong-seon, hereinafter referred to as Jeju Center) held the '2025 Local Creator Fostering Project Briefing Session' five times from the 10th to the 24th.

This briefing session was designed to enable various small business owners in the Jeju region to apply for the local creator training program, and was held not only in the Jeju Center space but also online and in various locations on Jeju Island, thereby increasing participant satisfaction.

In order for more small business owners to participate in this project, Jeju Center held briefing sessions in Jeju City on February 10th and 20th, Sehwa-ri on February 17th, online on February 18th, and Seogwipo-si on February 24th. They visited the areas where local creators were active and helped small business owners easily ask about and provide guidance on the support project. They held a total of 5 sessions, and about 200 people attended.

The event was held in the form of a Q&A session on the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Lycon fostering policy, the direction of this year's local creator business, business promotion procedures, and more.

The details of the business briefing session include ▲Lycon policy and step-by-step support direction ▲commercialization support ▲program schedule ▲application method ▲guidance on submission documents ▲notes, etc.

After the briefing session, we answered questions about the business through Q&A, and provided systematic and detailed guidance through one-on-one matching consultations.

A Jeju Center official said, “Through this briefing session, we were able to alleviate blind spots in local creator policies and support small business owners’ active business participation,” adding, “We will continue to prepare programs that reflect the voices of the field in the future.”
