Tioderstay Signs Business Agreement with Sanha HM

On the 14th, T.O.D. Stay announced that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with hotel management specialist SanhaHM and will support the digital transformation of its operating hotels. Through this agreement, hotels operated by SanhaHM will sequentially introduce T.O.D. Stay's hotel guest service platform, 'i'stay', to increase convenience for guests and maximize the efficiency of hotel operations.

Sanha HM is a hotel management company that has developed and managed over 50 hotels and resorts in Korea, and provides various services across the entire hotel industry, including the introduction of famous overseas chain hotel brands, consignment operation, and sales. Through this agreement, Sanha HM plans to enhance the digital experience of hotel guests through a strategic partnership with The O'Der Stay.

Currently, Teaorderstay operates the mobile version of Icestay in the rooms and restaurants of Days Myeongdong and Militopia Hotel, and plans to sequentially introduce Icestay in various hotels operated by Sanha HM, such as Sky Suites, Hallim Resort, Cheongpung Resort, Ramada Jeju City Hall, and Ramada Ulleung. Icestay is a digital concierge service that allows hotel guests to order room service, receive hotel usage information, and check information on nearby commercial districts through the tablet or mobile phone in their rooms. Through this, hotels can strengthen customized marketing and systematically manage customers. It is also expected to contribute to revitalizing the local economy through connections with local commercial districts.
