
Willog , an IoT-based logistics intelligence solution company, announced on the 26th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Asetech, a logistics automation solution SI specialist, to develop technology and promote commercialization for logistics digitalization.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to explore business opportunities in the domestic logistics automation business and promote mutual technical cooperation and joint development. Willlog will provide expertise in establishing corporate logistics strategies through its data-based logistics visibility solution, and Asetek will share its long-standing experience and technical skills in logistics solutions and automation technology. Based on this, they will jointly promote the development of new logistics technologies.
As part of the collaboration, Willog’s solution will be installed in Acetech’s logistics solution demo center to allow logistics professionals from various industries to experience the solution firsthand. Through this, they will be able to gain spatial visibility by utilizing environmental data collected within the logistics warehouse, and experience logistics risk management and insight derivation.
Acetech is a company that has led the domestic logistics automation market for over 30 years, providing various logistics management solutions such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), WCS (Warehouse Control System), and OMS (Order Management System). In addition, it supplies global logistics automation solutions to Korea for the entire logistics process, including storage, picking, return distribution, robots, and packaging.
Willog is an IoT-based logistics intelligence solution company founded in 2021. In addition to tracking cargo locations, it precisely collects and analyzes various environmental data such as temperature, humidity, shock, incline, and illuminance to predict potential problems in advance and provide services to prevent risks. Willog is currently in the United States and is planning to expand into the Singapore and Japanese markets.
