SANDS Lab (CEO Ki-Hong Kim), an artificial intelligence (AI)-based cyber threat intelligence (CTI) company, announced that it successfully concluded the 'SANDS Lab Community Meetup' held on the 13th.
The Sands Lab Community Meetup is a program that aims to help partner companies grow based on Sands Lab’s growth momentum and to provide active support measures. Rather than inviting specific stakeholders to give lectures like a typical corporate ‘Partner Day’, it focuses on listening to the opinions of community members and finding support measures.
This event, held at the K-Sign Gwacheon office building where Sands Labs headquarters is located, was prepared for over 20 companies and related parties interested in Sands Labs’ technology and products. The event was attended by both existing and new partners, providing attendees with an overall introduction to Sands Labs and a chance for casual networking.
Sands Lab transparently disclosed to attendees even the technical aspects that may be sensitive to external exposure. Rather than just informing of special features for product sales, they decided that the community could continue to develop only when they shared all aspects including development and were on the same level. Accordingly, Sands Lab’s practical developers directly demonstrated the products on site and explained the technologies applied to the products to help attendees understand.
Kim Ki-hong, CEO of Sands Lab, said in his opening remarks, “The biggest driving force behind Sands Lab’s growth for over 20 years has been ‘earnestness.’ With earnestness, we were able to secure the largest amount of data in Asia and create next-generation core technologies. Now, only by growing together with the community can our technology develop further.”
CEO Kim then conveyed his strong will with a heartfelt appeal, saying, “We will not spare our support so that our partners can grow together by applying the core values that our earnest desires have generated to the community.”
Meanwhile, starting this year, Sands Lab plans to distribute products and services demanded by the market primarily through partners, while focusing more internally on research and development of AI-based technologies and products.
