
Yanolja Cloud, an AI-based global travel solution company, signed a business agreement (MOU) with SK Shields and Jikimi to develop and introduce an AI-based hotel operation automation system.
The business agreement signing ceremony was held on the 21st at the Yanolja building in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and was attended by key executives including Kim Jong-yoon, CEO of Yanolja Cloud, Cheon Gyeong-hun, Co-CEO of Sanha Information Technology, Jang Woong-jun, Vice President of SK Shields, and Gong Yoon-wook, CEO of Jikimi. Through this agreement, Yanolja Cloud plans to focus on strengthening AI-based hospitality solutions and building a smart hotel environment in cooperation with both companies.
Yanolja Cloud will jointly develop a system that automates and optimizes the entire hotel operation using AI technology. It will support the efficient operation of the hotel's main operations, such as reservation management, check-in/out, on-site response, security, and control services. Through this, hotel operators will be able to focus on customized customer services, improve the operator's operational efficiency and profitability, and enhance the customer's travel experience.
In addition, SK Shielders provides ADT Caps security system and control solution to strengthen security within the hotel and provide a safer environment for customers. Through AI-based response system, it creates a smart security environment that is quick and systematic in emergency situations, and develops to automate customer service by linking AI CCTV and front solution that enable two-way communication.
A Yanolja official said, “Yanolja is improving customers’ travel experiences throughout the entire process, from travel preparation to experiences at the travel destination, through travel-specialized Gen AI, and accelerating operational automation for travel businesses.” He added, “Based on this agreement, we will provide AI total package services optimized for the travel industry, strengthen the competitiveness of the domestic hotel industry, and continue to collaborate to improve the inbound travel experiences of global customers.”
