The government (Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Ministry of Employment and Labor, Ministry of Strategy and Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and ICT, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and Ministry of Health and Welfare) will hold the '2025 Korea Job Fair' for two days on March 19th and 20th at the aT Center Exhibition Hall 1 (27 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul).
In addition, an online job fair (from March 10 to March 28) and regional recruitment events will be held at employment centers nationwide. Local businesses and job seekers can also participate in the '2025 Korea Job Fair' in various ways.
This '2025 Korea Job Fair' is a large-scale event jointly hosted by companies, governments, and economic organizations to create more jobs. In particular, this is the first year that related ministries are co-hosting it, and the six economic organizations decided to actively support this job fair at the livelihood economy inspection meeting held on February 14.
At the '2025 Korea Job Fair' held for two days on March 19th and 20th, various programs to help businesses and young people grow will be provided on-site.
▲About 120 major recruiting companies from each industry will participate to conduct on-site interviews or provide corporate recruitment information such as the '25-year recruitment plan. In particular, it is composed of 8 fields (small and medium-sized ventures, information and communication, cultural content, world-class mid-sized companies, foreign investment, bio-health, overseas employment, youth-friendly and job-oriented), and each field will be recruited by the relevant department and decorated in a unique way. Specific participating companies can be confirmed through the official website (대한민국재연회.kr) scheduled to open on March 3.
▲We also plan to hold industry/company-specific recruitment briefings where experts from major industries such as biohealth and cultural content will provide job seekers with detailed information on the industry’s recruitment trends, job-hunting strategies, and major companies’ 25-year recruitment plans and ideal candidates.
▲We also run various side events to help solve the employment concerns of young people and other job seekers. Job center career counselors will provide 1:1 self-introduction clinics to young people and other job seekers who participate in the job fair, and we will also provide experiential promotional programs so that young people can learn about various youth employment policies through experience. In addition, we plan to enable the search and confirmation of recruitment advertisements and job training information from companies nationwide through the ‘Job Information Kiosk.’
