
AI expert MSP Uclick announced on the 24th that it signed an agreement with Celonis, a leading global AI-based process intelligence platform company, and through this, it will fully pursue business cooperation to expand the domestic process intelligence market.
Celonis is a global leader in AI-based process intelligence platforms, accelerating digital transformation by analyzing and optimizing real-time business processes by digital twinning. Companies around the world are leveraging Celonis’ cutting-edge technology to eliminate operational bottlenecks, derive actionable insights based on process data, and achieve increased revenue and cost reduction through continuous process monitoring and continuous process improvement.
In particular, since establishing its Korean branch in March of last year, Cellonis has been rapidly expanding its market by securing major companies such as Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Green Cross, and DL E&C as its clients, and is currently actively pursuing collaboration with various clients in need of process improvement.
