
Performas announced on the 21st that it has been selected as a Diamond Partner by HubSpot, a CRM and marketing automation solution.
HubSpot's partner tiers are Elite, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Partner, and Provider, and are evaluated based on various indicators such as new customer acquisition, monthly recurring revenue (MRR) maintenance, and software activation. Diamond partners are awarded only to partners with outstanding capabilities in maximizing customer success, and only about 2% of the 7,000 HubSpot partners worldwide have this tier.
Performas is a global CRM professional services company that provides systematic CRM implementation, onboarding, and powerful persona-based CRM managed solutions. It provides services for developing target customer personas that will contribute to sales growth and establishing and implementing strategies to optimize these with CRM data.
