Acorn Labs (CEO Park Sung-min), which operates the lifestyle platform 'Agit' , announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with WayBeyond (CEO Kim Hyung-won), which is developing and operating the customized subscription information platform 'Roadmap'.
Roadmap, which began service in 2023, is a platform that provides customized subscription information by analyzing domestic real estate, policies, and personal information in real time. In particular, it provides integrated information on all public housing information provided by LH, GH, SH, etc., as well as subscription home, and also provides a financial risk analysis service through a system that analyzes the sale price compared to the actual transaction price. Through this, it has achieved tangible results, such as about 50 households successfully applying.
With this agreement between the two companies, Agit plans to expand its AI technology and blockchain-based point system by linking it with Roadmap’s residential information service. As the first step of the collaboration, the two companies have prepared a special promotion for users. They will provide point rewards to users through the ‘Roadmap App Membership Verification’ event and the ‘Find the Right House for Me’ challenge, and will also provide various benefits such as check-ins and daily missions on the Agit app.
In the future, the two companies plan to provide various benefits to users through continuous joint promotions, while also introducing a new type of housing service that combines real-time subscription information and Web3 technology. In particular, they plan to develop into a more reliable housing information platform by linking Roadmap’s property analysis system and Ajit’s blockchain technology.

Agit is a consortium of companies that provide services in the PropTech field, such as real estate contracts, moving, IoT (Internet of Things), interior design, and cleaning, by applying blockchain technology. It is a platform where mileage points of participating companies can be exchanged with points between affiliates using blockchain technology. Currently, it is active in partnership with about 20 PropTech companies in various fields, such as Trustay, Market B, Ziptoss, Wematch Diversa, Washnjoy, and Anyonnet, and is continuously improving service linkage and conducting various joint marketing.
