Data specialist company Hectordata has been selected as a ‘Data Voucher Support Project Supplier’ for five consecutive years.
The 'Data Voucher Support Project' is a system led by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Data Industry Promotion Agency (K-data), and provides support to startups and small and medium-sized enterprises to solve problems such as time, cost, and lack of manpower in utilizing data. This project connects supply companies with data and processing technology with demand companies that need data, and provides vouchers worth up to 45 million won to demand companies to support data purchase, processing, and analysis services.
Through this project, Hectodata is providing professional consulting and customized data processing services by utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AI modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced data visualization, and is helping companies in demand to strengthen their business competitiveness. Hectodata has been participating in this project for five consecutive years since 2021, and has provided customized public, financial, and medical data to more than 500 organizations during that time, and has supported companies' digital transformation through consulting for data-based business innovation.
Hectodata’s support for data utilization is leading to real results. For example, a healthcare startup increased customer trust by 25% through the development of a customized health analysis service, a small business marketing platform improved marketing investment return (ROI) by 30% by utilizing commercial area analysis data, and an InsurTech company increased customer conversion rate by 20% through the development of an insurance recommendation algorithm.
Oh Seung-cheol, CEO of Hectodata, said, “We will do our best to lower the threshold for data utilization so that small and medium-sized businesses and startups can seize growth opportunities,” and “We will not spare practical support to help companies quickly achieve digital transformation.”
