Wanted Lab Holds 'Global Corporate HR Private Meeting'

HR tech company Wanted Lab and global talent recruitment platform Remote announced that they will be holding a 'Global Corporate HR Private Meeting' at the Wanted Lab Lounge on the 35th floor of Lotte World Tower in Seoul at 7 PM on Thursday, March 6th.

Remote is a platform that provides global talent recruitment and management services, operating in over 200 countries around the world. It supports companies to recruit excellent global talent without geographic restrictions and in compliance with local labor laws and cultures. Remote provides one-stop global recruitment services including employer services (EOR), contractor management services, and payroll services.

Wanted Lab is an HR tech company that connects 3.5 million talents with 30,000 companies using AI technology. It recently entered the Japanese market through its Japanese subsidiary Wanted Japan, and is promoting innovation in the Japanese recruitment market by forming a partnership with Laplace, a Japanese IT talent career matching company. In addition, it has started a full-scale recruitment business targeting foreigners residing in Korea in cooperation with the National Institute for International Education.

This meeting is designed to be a place where HR managers and executives of companies that are operating or planning to operate global businesses can gather to share global talent acquisition and advancement know-how. Participants include HR managers of global companies, C-level executives, and those of companies considering global advancement. Attendance is confirmed through prior application.

Attendees will discuss strategies for securing and advancing global talent, and will hear a presentation by Jinhyung Kim, Sales Representative of Remote Korea, on ‘Key Strategies for Successfully Leading Remote Work in a Global Work Environment.’ The presentation will cover ways to maximize work productivity through asynchronous work and forming a strong organizational culture.

In addition, Remote will provide consulting from global HR experts to attendees, and Wanted Lab will introduce the ‘Moonshot Program’, a program to support startups entering Japan, and the ‘Insight Trip’, where you can gain HR insights from Japanese companies.

“There is an increasing demand from companies considering overseas expansion or expanding global talent recruitment,” said Kim Jin-hyung, sales representative of Remote Korea. “This meeting will provide an opportunity for companies to share their concerns about global recruitment and personnel management and find solutions.”
