Remote, Wanted Lab and 'Global Corporate HR Private Meeting' Held

Global HR platform 'Remote' announced on the 20th that it will hold a private HR meeting for global corporate HR managers with HR tech company 'Wanted Lab' . The event will be held at the Wanted Lab Lounge on the 35th floor of Lotte World Tower from 7 PM on March 6th.

Remote is a global HR platform that connects talent and companies from various regions around the world. It helps companies recruit talented people from all over the world without being restricted by geographical constraints and while complying with local labor laws and cultures. It provides all services for recruiting and managing global talent, including Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor Management Service, Global Talent Recruitment Service, and Payroll Service, all in one place. It currently provides services in over 200 countries around the world.

Wanted Lab is an HR tech company that connects 3.5 million talents and 30,000 companies with AI technology. Last year, through its Japanese subsidiary Wanted Japan, it provided bridge talent recruitment services to companies that have entered or are planning to enter the Japanese market. It also entered into a partnership with Japanese IT talent career matching company ‘Laplace’ and is working to innovate the Japanese recruitment market based on Wanted AI technology. Earlier this year, it signed a business agreement with the National Institute for International Education to promote global talent recruitment and began a full-scale recruitment business targeting foreigners residing in Korea.

The 'Global Corporate HR Private Meeting' hosted by Remote and Wanted Lab is a networking event for HR managers or executives of companies that are operating or planning to operate global businesses. ▲HR managers or C-level executives currently working at global companies ▲Company managers concerned about securing global talent ▲Company managers considering global expansion ▲Company managers interested in global HR are eligible to participate. Individual applications can be submitted up to a week before the event to confirm attendance.

Attendees will share insights and understand each other's interests, such as concerns about securing global talent and global advancement know-how. In the session prepared afterward, Jinhyung Kim, Sales Representative of Remote Korea, will present 'Key Strategies for Successfully Leading Remote Work in a Global Work Environment'. In particular, he will introduce ways to utilize the advantages of asynchronous work and ways to maximize work productivity by forming a strong organizational culture.

Remote will also provide consulting from global HR experts to attendees. Wanted Lab will introduce the ‘Moonshot Program’ that supports startups entering Japan and the ‘Insight Trip’ that provides HR insights from Japanese companies regarding the influx of overseas talent. Benefits for attendees will also be revealed on-site on the day.
