Seoul Technopark announced on the 20th that it held the first meeting day for companies selected as the first step for the Startup Growth Technology Development Project under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the R&D specialized startup organization. This event was designed to provide opportunities for the selected companies to interact and cooperate with each other and to promote joint growth.
The event was held on the 17th at the Seoul Techno Park Smart Hall in Nowon-gu, Seoul, and was conducted both offline and online. As a result, a total of 125 participants (46 offline, 79 online) participated, and it became a place where various companies actively communicated.
The event consisted of ▲Welcome remarks (Director Yoon Jong-wook), ▲Introduction of Seoul Technopark organizations (Director Kim Jin-tae), ▲Introduction of Stepping Stone specialized programs, etc., and special lectures were held to strengthen the capabilities of selected companies. The special lectures included lectures on startup trends, scale-up strategies, cases of non-recognition of R&D expenses, and interpretation of regulations, helping attendees understand and providing networking opportunities between companies.
In his congratulatory speech, Seoul Technopark Director Yoon Jong-wook said, “I hope that the first meeting day will become a foundation for collaboration and joint growth for the selected companies to successfully carry out their R&D projects and produce results.”
Seoul Techno Park plans to support 10 specialized programs to strengthen corporate growth capabilities for selected companies in the future and contribute to the revitalization of the startup ecosystem by promoting technological advancement and startup commercialization.
