Tomato System announced on the 20th that it has acquired ‘T-ON’, an AI digital healthcare solution based on XR (eXtended Reality). This acquisition is a strategic decision to diversify the digital healthcare business and strengthen global competitiveness, and Tomato System plans to expand its influence in the global market by linking up with ‘CyberMDCare’ operated by its US corporation.
'T-ON' is an XR-based healthcare solution officially registered with Meta (formerly Facebook), holds domestic and US patents, and uses AI technology to analyze real-time motion data and provide customized healthcare services. Its main functions include the ability to collect and analyze exercise data through physical fitness tests (PFT), muscle strength tests (1RM), and joint range of motion tests (ROM), and based on this, it provides personalized exercise programs and healthcare services.
In addition, 'Tion' is a platform that provides Pilates and rehabilitation services online and offline, and supports instructor selection, center reservation, and tuition and instructor fee settlement services by utilizing body type analysis (BSA) data. In the future, expansion into the yoga and fitness markets is also possible, in addition to Pilates.
'Tion' provides various programs such as scenario-based exercise content, fitness with AI trainers, and meditation that combines stretching and meditation. It is designed to increase user motivation and maximize immersion in the XR space so that anyone can enjoy continuing to exercise.
In particular, 'Tion' is registered as an official app in the 'Meta Horizon Store' of social media (SNS) company Meta, so it can provide content with various themes to users around the world, and it is expected that it will be easy to expand into the global market.
A Tomato System official said, “We plan to apply the various exercise functions that Tion possesses to Cyber MD Care to provide more sophisticated customized healthcare services and maximize synergy through this,” adding, “We will also work to strengthen our position in the global market and strengthen AI remote medical services.”
