GS Neotek announced on the 20th that it had won the '2024 Construction Excellence Partner Award' selected by Shinsegae Construction.
The '2024 Construction Excellence Partner Award' is an award selected by Shinsegae Construction through a comprehensive evaluation of the on-site safety and management, technical capabilities, and construction quality of construction partner companies. GS Neotek was selected as an excellent partner in recognition of its outstanding construction quality and on-site safety management capabilities at various sites constructed by Shinsegae Construction last year, including 'Suwon Starfield', 'Jangchung-dong Education and Research Facility', and 'Shinsegae Namsan 24RM'.
The facility business team of GS Neotek Infrastructure Business Division was in charge of building air conditioning, heating and cooling systems, and firefighting facilities at each construction site. In particular, in this selection of excellent companies, it received high scores in four categories: ‘Site’ where construction quality, technology, and site management capabilities are evaluated, ‘Safety (Site Safety Management Evaluation and System)’, ‘Head Office (Quote Support and Cooperation)’, and ‘Finance (Partner Credit Rating and System)’, and received the Excellent Partner Award.
GS Neotek plans to continue to carry out mechanical (firefighting) equipment business at various construction sites and provide comprehensive services based on differentiated field operation capabilities and BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology.
