Innogrid , a company specializing in cloud computing and digital transformation (DT), announced on the 20th that it signed a 'business agreement for SaaS digital transformation' with Bizplay , an expense management solution company.
The signing ceremony took place on the 19th at Bizplay’s headquarters, and was attended by key officials including Innogrid CEO Kim Myeong-jin and Bizplay CEO Kim Hong-gi. This agreement was made with the goal of expanding and growing together the SaaS business in the public and private markets by combining Innogrid’s cloud conversion capabilities and Bizplay’s SaaS solutions.
Innogrid has invested in the development of core cloud technologies for over 10 years and provides various cloud services based on its own developed cloud full-stack solutions (IaaS, PaaS, CMP, etc.). Bizplay is a company that provides leading SaaS solutions in the field of business trip and expense management, and supports efficient cost management for companies and public institutions through one-stop business trip solutions such as 'bzp business trip management'.
Through this agreement, the two companies will create new business opportunities in the public and private markets, and contribute to the introduction of SaaS services and the development of the SaaS MSP ecosystem. Innogrid will first apply Bizplay solutions in cloud conversion consulting and ISP business, and Bizplay will accelerate cloud-based digital transformation based on this.
