Doctor Diary Co., Ltd. and BM Corporation Co., Ltd. announced on the 19th that they signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) for the development of the fitness and health management industry.
Through this agreement, the two companies will work together to provide differentiated services in the healthcare and fitness markets and improve users’ health management and exercise experiences.
The two companies plan to cooperate by focusing on ▲developing data-based fitness and health management solutions ▲research utilizing exercise and health data ▲expanding healthcare platforms ▲operating joint marketing and education programs, etc. Through this, they plan to build a service model that organically connects exercise and health management and provide more effective health promotion solutions.
Dr. Diary CEO Song Je-yoon said, “Dr. Diary has continuously developed data-based blood sugar management and health solutions. Through this agreement, we plan to provide systematic exercise and diet management services tailored to individuals’ health goals by linking fitness data with blood sugar and health data.” He added, “We also plan to expand wellness programs targeting companies and institutions.”
Park Joo-hyung, CEO of BM Corporation, said, “Through this agreement, we expect to establish a new paradigm in the fitness and health management market and provide more systematic exercise and health management services.”
