Proptech startup DNK announced on the 19th that it will be collaborating with KR Service, a real estate management subsidiary of Kyeryong Construction, to improve work efficiency and systematize operations. DNK has signed a solution introduction contract with KR Service and plans to supply its 'Housing Rental Management Solution' (PMS) starting at the end of March.
KR Service is an affiliate of Gyeryong Construction specializing in building maintenance and housing rental management. Through this contract, DNK’s PMS solution will be introduced and applied to ‘Eleph Okjeong Signature’, a public-supported private rental housing complex located in Okjeong-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex has a total of 920 households, and after signing the contract, all rental management tasks, including rent billing, collection, tax reporting, and accounting reports, will be automated through PMS. Starting with this contract, DNK plans to expand the solution to two other business sites managed by KR Service within the year.
The PMS solution is a system that automates the entire contract and accounting process in the housing rental management process, and it optimizes the operational process by real-time monitoring of the contract and accounting status of the business and automating contract renewal, billing, receipt, and overdue management. KR Service expects that this will reduce the work time and human costs required for rental management.
In addition, DNK plans to provide a 'Resident Portal' that improves the tenant's living experience. This portal is a communication platform that facilitates communication between landlords and tenants and resolves various issues that arise during the residence, such as bill alarms and maintenance requests, in one place. Landlords can immediately deliver notices, and tenants can easily check important documents such as contracts and monthly rent bills, thereby minimizing information asymmetry.
A DNK official said, “In the rapidly changing rental market environment, we expect that our PMS solution will help our rental business customers improve work efficiency and optimize operations,” adding, “Starting with this contract, we will expand the supply of our solutions to more rental housing businesses, contributing to increased sales and improved work efficiency for rental business operators.”
