AI cloud service specialist Klaion announced on the 19th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with AI security solution company Mango Cloud for cooperation in the field of generative AI-based cybersecurity.
Through this agreement, the two companies will conduct joint research for the development of new business models and technological innovation in the field of cybersecurity using generative AI. By combining Klaion’s ultra-large AI technology and Mango Cloud’s natural language processing (NLP) technology, they plan to provide the optimal generative AI security solution and expand the related market through this.
As part of the collaboration, Kleon will provide technical support for MangoCloud's AI chatbot solution, 'HeyMango', and will be responsible for discovering business opportunities for generative AI-based security technology, as well as marketing and sales. MangoCloud, on the other hand, will lead the development of Large Language Models (LLM) and Augmented Search Generative (RAG) technologies, and will be in charge of developing cybersecurity AI services. The two companies plan to jointly conduct online and offline seminars and marketing campaigns and join forces to pioneer the generative AI security service market.
Mango Cloud provides cloud services that support data collection and integration based on multi-hybrid cloud optimization technology, and helps companies achieve digital transformation. In particular, it is recognized for its technological prowess through its own AI-based cloud management platform, patented IoT device vulnerability inspection technology, and illegal data tracking service.
Baek Jin-seong, CEO of Mango Cloud, said, “Through this business agreement, we will work with Klaion to analyze customer needs in various industries, including not only administrative and public institutions, but also manufacturing, finance, and communications, and increase customer satisfaction.”
